Have you written, or considered writing, project tutorials? Artist Class features project tutorials by both known and emerging artists and crafters, combining 12 artists and 12 projects into each 4 week session.
All styles and mediums are considered; each session combines paper arts, fabric & fiber, jewelry and more. Favorite projects are fun to accomplish; while presenting a beautiful result. New techniques or a special spin are important. Projects should be able to be completed in one or two afternoons, with easily sourced materials.
Past members offered very positive feedback about downloadable project tutorials and prefer PDFs, Word documents, and/or zip files. Submissions don’t have to be hi-tech.
Artists are paid for their tutorials, by flat fee or commission. You choose which one you prefer.Artists also receive a free membership in the session and a dedicated page on the site for their bio and project information. The page will include links to the artist’s blog, website, shops, and information about the artist’s upcoming events and tutorials in other locations.
Should a tutorial be completed before submitting? Actually, no!
